Yes, our formulas are rooted in the Japanese diet and are designed to be both effective and gentle. Many of our products are dermatologist-tested and formulated without synthetic fragrances, parabens, or sulfates to minimize irritation.
What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Unopened Tatcha products have a shelf life of three years. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 to 12 months for optimal potency. You can find the specific 'period after opening' symbol on each product's packaging.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $25 within the continental United States. For orders under $25, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that items must be at least 50% full to qualify for a return.
Is Tatcha a cruelty-free brand?
Yes, Tatcha is PETA-certified cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we do not sell our products in countries where animal testing is required by law.
